This is a very healthy and refreshing peach iced green tea with rosemary, the perfect summer drink that is easy to make for parties or the family.
- Cut two large sized peaches into small cubes
- Add a small amount of water mixed with a tea spoon of corn starch
- Cook it over low heat until tender and soft
- Add sugar, honey or any other sweetener if you like
- Prepare a liter of green tea (we used a mixture of Kukicha and Bancha for low caffeine, so we can drink it all day long even with our little ones, but Sencha will go amazingly well, especially when you need an energy kick)
- Mix them together while they are warm
- Add some rosemary if you have for an extra kick on the aroma (rosemary fragrance goes really well with peaches)
Kukicha and Bancha are naturally low in caffeine but still carry tons of goodness just as green tea. They are also less bitter and sweeter than normal green tea.
