About the brand
LINK is a producer of contemporary Furoshiki textiles through a network of artists and designers from around the world. It is a unique and challenging project conducted long-distance, entirely via the internet, by busy women with a world-wide vision. Collaborating with a select global network of artists and designers, it aims to cross cultures and generations by creating beautiful and functional products, from Japan to the world and from the world to Japan.
High quality brass with a vintage touch
The colour of the Link Link Adjustable Leather Strap for Furoshiki Bag is golden and changes over time through natural oxidation processes to a rust-like colour, which gives the product an antique look and makes it a real eye-catcher. Each piece is unique and tells an individual story with its changing texture. Products made of brass become more and more beautiful over time. A long-lasting product that you can pass on to your grandchildren. If you like the shine, you can also wipe the surface with a brass cleaner to maintain it.
How to turn it into a bag
You can easily convert your Furoshiki into a simple shoulder bag with the handmade Link Adjustable Leather Strap for Furoshiki Bag – Dark Olive – ideal for lightweight travels, or in those unexpected moments when you need an extra bag.
Just thread the corners of the Furoshiki through the metal buckles of the strap, pull to tighten and you're done. They don’t damage the fabric so you can easily switch between using your Furoshiki as a scarf or a bag.
